This is a monthly event that is run on the Elvaston by Pass near Rainsway Derby.
The format simple,
Run a mile straight, 10 mins later run 3 mile straight in your fastest times,
Ran mile in 6.33
Ran 3 mile in 24.57
Not bad at all.
