Batemans Plantation - Trig Point TP1080 - #7
I have set myself a target of 40 Trig Points in 2011.
This year being my 40th Birthday on 12th October i plan to have reached all 40 by that date.
Took this little fella during the Wirksworth incline Race on 10th April 2011 - a great little annual fell race, counts as points for the Dark Peak local league, so worth a little trot. Tough little climb all the way up to the trig, reminds me of the Black Rocks race which also turns for home at the trig.
Middleton Top Engine House - nearly at the highest point of the race.

I'm turning 40 this year too and feel like I should have some sort of goal, but apparently I'm too lazy to come up with something. I love your idea and can't wait to see all your Trig Points..whatever those are...I'm going to go google it.
